SOLD! Another successful home closing & liquidation is in the books! With the help of our real estate team, led by Itamar Ben-Avi  we successfully sold the home and liquidated the entire contents of this beautiful estate in Valencia Shores ! As the trustee of her families estate, the international seller was burdened with the enormous task of liquidating the entire estate, including the thousands of items inside the home. Thankfully she knew who to call, and within a couple of days the seller was back home, outside of the United States, while our team went to work!

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we would like to start the week off by being thankful for all of the incredibly unique items we come across on the job. And we wish everyone a very happy holiday!

Today we would like to share with you two awesome antique & vintage pieces we acquired at a recent estate liquidation.

The first piece is a Singer sewing attachment wooden box which will be added to our personal, prized wooden box collection! The second, is a beautifully carved Chinese take on Santa and his reindeer, or in this case, dragons!
